Virginia Monro

Virginia Monro FCIPD is an experienced Training Consultant and Ashridge Accredited Executive Coach. With 20 years’ experience in the entertainment and financial service industries, including 8 years as a Board Director, she established Tadpole Training in 2000.

Tadpole Training has delivered successful training and coaching programmes throughout Europe for a variety of client including Lloyd's of London, McDonald’s Restaurants, Securiplan, LION bioscience, Chaucer plc, Islington Council, and Cathedral Underwriting plc. A number of clients have been with Tadpole Training for many years.

Virginia has worked with individuals and teams to facilitate leadership development, team building and change management through coaching and training programmes.

Consultancy projects have covered areas such as the achievement of training accreditation; the review and recommendation of HR strategy; advice on meeting regulatory requirements; and the preparation and implementation of training plans.
